The crypto company <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinist.com\/hodlnaut-halts-customer-withdrawals\/amp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">had to halt withdrawals<\/a> after losing around $190 million to the Terra ecosystem\u2019s crash.<\/p>\n<h2>Hodlnaut Says $30 Million Offer Has \u201cSpeculative Value\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>According to a recent court filing reviewed by Bloomberg, Hodlnaut administrators have opted out of the acquisition deal of the crypto lending firm, arguing that the $30 million offer of FLEX tokens is \u201cilliquid\u201d and has \u201cspeculative value.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, most of the crypto lender\u2019s creditors, who account for 60% of the total debt, supported this decision. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-09-19\/opnx-s-30-million-crypto-bid-for-hodlnaut-rebuffed-due-to-illiquid-flex-token\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a>, Bloomberg alluded that the FLEX price has declined by more than 92% since OPNX made the acquisition bid in early August.
